DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? 

We ship Éstie goods all over the world to most destinations everyday from Estonia with FedEx. You can order with confidence, safe in the knowledge that we'll do our best to get your goods to you as quick as we can. It takes a week to deliver your order, wherever you are, however we don't like to guarantee exact delivery times due to unexpected delays that could occur with customs etc. 

If your shipping destination is not available, please contact us. 

Unfortunately, due to circumstances out of our control we are unable to ship to Russia.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER

Prices on our website are currently charged in euros (€). We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through PayPal. You can also pay with your PayPal account but you don't need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.

I HAVE JUST PLACED MY ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? 

We will start processing your order immediately. As long as the goods are in stock, they will be packed up carefully within five working days and sent off. Once we have received your order it's not possible to change or cancel it. If you have made a mistake with your shipping address it's not always possible to change it in time but please contact us immediately to see what we can do.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? 

We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

You will receive tracking id once your order has been dispatched. 

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX OR IMPORT FEES? 

If your delivery address is within the EU, Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in your total price. Product prices for all other destinations do not include VAT but you may have to pay import fees and tax on delivery. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please contact your customs office for further details.

WARRANTY 

We design and manufacture our goods with great attention to quality using the best natural materials and carefully assemble them in our workshop. In the unlikely case that a product breaks due to a manufacturing defect please contact us immediately.  
  
Manufacturing defects are very rare for Éstie but if you find a problem with your product please email us with your order number and date of order (obligatory). If you do not have your order number, we will be unable to deal with your request. 

If you discover a problem caused by wear and tear we recommend taking your goods to a leather repair shop or tailor. Our workshop is small and extremely busy so unfortunately we are unable to undertake repairs in-house. 

Warranty is 2 years for all our items.

Please note: If you buy a Éstie product we recommend to treasure it and treat it with the utmost care. You can get good use out of our goods but they are not indestructible. A phone case for instance which goes in and out of your trouser pocket multiple times a day may get a lot of abrasion and therefore can wear down quicker than a leather bag.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY? 

We can only accept your return if the goods are absolutely unused and in the original condition (within 2 weeks from receiving the order). In turn we would never send out used goods to you. When you purchase from Éstie we guarantee that you'll get a brand new product. You will be the first owner of a brand new case. You get to wear it in and make it yours. Return shipping cost is covered by the customer. 

Please note that custom orders (products with initials) cannot be returned or refunded.
